Q Being a nurse manager is a very precious experience of my life and I do appreciate the fact that I have been given the opportunity to serve as a leader. The nurse manager or leader must have the basic knowhow of budgeting. If someone is not familiar with it, then he or she must initiate action to seek help from others who do have knowledge regarding preparation of budget. I interviewed the nurse leader of another department. She is responsible for taking care of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department. I would briefly present the summary of the interview along with important aspects that should be highlighted in the given scenario.
